Vyavos was founded by a data protection lawyer who ran complex proposal processes inside KPMG, across partners, pricing, legal and risk.
The work decided millions in revenue. It ran across departments where information kept getting lost, and the final edits were made with the partner at midnight.
Her diagnosis: the problem was not capability. It was execution, across dozens of systems that were never designed to work together.
