1. We start with a one-to-one conversation about your firm: your goals, your way of working, what you want to achieve, and how Vyavos can contribute to each part of your bidding process.
2. You give us two tenders you have already submitted.
3. We load a curated set of your past submissions, credentials, bios, templates and brand assets into an isolated workspace, and draft from it.
4. We write a tender requirement brief and a complete first draft for each tender, and put the draft side by side with the response you actually sent. The people who wrote the originals rate it.
None of your team's time goes on drafting. Nothing is connected to your systems, and nobody has to learn new software.
A fixed fee, credited in full against the 90-day pilot. It ends after four weeks with nothing further owed.
